TD Offers Free Seminar - CFPB "Understand the Unknown"

On Thursday, September 26th, TD conducted its first CFPB Seminar "Understand the Unknown".      The focus of this seminar is to help customers understand the new requirements and regulations that will take effect in 2014 and how it will impact the mortgage industry.

Robert Phelps, Executive VP/CIO of TD Service Financial Corporation provides valuable insight to customers.

When the CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) was formed, significant changes to the mortgage rules were promised.  Starting in January 2014, the mortgage industry will experience sweeping changes to the way that mortgage loans are approached.

With TD's 50 years of experience in the industry, we are dedicated to helping our customers prepare for these changes.  Allow us to become your CFPB partner, and demonstrate that there is power in preparation.

CELEBRATE WITH US!

Thank You to TD's Customers for 50 Years in Business

September 10, 2013

Today marks TD Service Company's 50th year in business in the mortgage industry. Founded by Dale Dykema and incorporated on this day in 1964, TD Service Company has been providing services to lenders, servicers, attorneys, and others in the industry ever since.

Dale Dykema started the company in a tiny office space, first in Los Angeles, then in Orange, California, with the spirited vision of giving customers the best service possible while processing their files with accuracy and efficiency.

"The key to our longevity has been putting our customer's needs first, and our consistent investment in technology," said Dykema about the company's golden anniversary. "The combination of the two has allowed us to answer our customers' needs in multiple ways."

The company recently relocated to a high security facility complete with a custom-built, hardened data center and enough space for future expansion. TD is focusing on technology, and continues to transform its current services to take advantage of advances in technology and computing.

Dykema credits both employees and customers for the company's continued success. "I'm proud of what we have accomplished," said Dykema, "and there are a lot of people who have played a part - employees especially, but also customers and vendors that have helped us reach this milestone."

As we begin to celebrate our Golden Anniversary, we send our thanks to everyone in the industry who has helped TD Service Company become one of the largest independent trustees in the nation. We invite you to celebrate our 50th anniversary with us, and look forward to another 50 years serving each of you!
